Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers, journals, and databases.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
  • Support the preparation and processing of invoices to clients and vendors.
  • Track payments and receipts to ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Help in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
  • Help analyze and summarize financial data for management review.
  • Help with internal and external audit preparations by gathering required documentation and supporting evidence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and responding to queries related to accounts.
