Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
Authorize and process patient payments, including credit card transactions.
Identify and address denial management by investigating reasons for denials and appealing denied claims.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues and improve revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
