Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Monitoring payables and accounting them against respective invoices.
· Coordinating with the purchase team and reconciling payables with vendor balances on a monthly basis.
· Planning cash outflows and preparing dashboard of weekly projected payables.
· Classifying MSME & Non-MSME vendors, ensuring related compliances, and prioritizing payments to MSME vendors.
· Acting as controller of operational expenditure.
· Controlling inward and outward freight, including proper mapping to respective projects.
