Salary: 12,000 - 18,000

Job Timing: 10:00am - 9:00pm (FOR MALES)

Job Timing: 10:00am - 7:30pm (FOR FEMALES)

Sunday Compulsory, but can take any one day week off from Monday to Friday.

Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

1. Tally & Accounting Operations (Accounts):

Tally Mastery: Perform all daily accounting entries, including Purchase, Sales, Receipts, and Payments, exclusively within Tally ERP/Prime.

Voucher Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing and entry of all financial vouchers and invoices.

Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank, customer (Debtors), and vendor (Creditors) reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.

Compliance Support: Assist in preparing data related to statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and other necessary reports from Tally.

Documentation: Maintain systematic records and physical/digital documentation of all financial transactions.

2. Management Information Systems (MIS):

Data Extraction & Reporting: Extract raw data directly from Tally and other relevant systems to create various operational and financial reports.

Daily/Weekly Reporting: Prepare accurate daily sales reports, stock movement reports, outstanding receivables/payables reports, and other key business performance metrics for management.

Analysis: Monitor and report on inventory levels, expense variances, and other critical financial indicators to support operational efficiency.
