Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to develop new business opportunities, acquire clients, and manage existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong client network, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in US staffing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Develop business through networking, referrals, and direct client engagement.
Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and business agreements.
Work with W2, C2C, and contract staffing models.
Achieve business development targets and drive revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development.
Strong client network and relationship management skills.
Experience in client acquisition and new business development.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, and contract staffing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate new business and manage multiple client accounts.
