Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle GST & TDS compliance, filings, and reconciliations.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain project-wise accounts, including sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables.
Record customer receipts, advances, brokerage, commissions, and property-related transactions.
Verify vendor, contractor, and broker invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate records and timely entries in Tally.
Assist with finalization of accounts, audits, and financial reporting.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate/construction.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, MS Excel, and bookkeeping.
Understanding of real estate transactions and project accounting.
Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
