Role Description

This is a full-time remote position within the Engineering Department at Hetero Healthcare Limited. Responsibilities include overseeing daily engineering operations, supporting product design and development, ensuring equipment efficiency, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget, troubleshooting technical issues, and continuously optimizing processes for improved efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and production processes
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and quality assurance practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
