Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Recording of Purchase Invoices daily.
  • Generating Sales Invoices and sending to Clients daily.
  • Generating Vendor PO number and updating PO Sheet daily.
  • Recording Bank Entries daily.
  • Reconciling Vendor & Client Balances daily.
  • Saving Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices in PDF Format in One Drive from Outlook.
  • Recording of TDS, GST and Salary Entries monthly.
  • Other Accounting work.
