Accounts Executive for Lonavala location

Job Summary
Della Adventure & Resorts is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting processes. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and capable of managing accounting operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
. Handle GST-related work, including preparation, computation, reconciliation, and timely filing (minimum 3 years of relevant experience).. Manage TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and compliance.. Perform vendor account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate vendor records.. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, bank entries, JV postings, and ledger scrutiny.. Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure timely submission of financial documents.. Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable and cash flow monitoring.. Prepare and analyze financial reports as required.. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.. Minimum 5 years of overall accounting experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on GST work.. Strong knowledge of TDS, GST rules, and statutory compliance.. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting, etc.).. Experience in accounting software (ERP/Tally or similar).. Excellent numerical ability, analytical skills, and attention to detail.. Strong communication and time management skills.
