Job Description: Manager – Accounts Manager / Accounts Executive

• Location: Site 4 Kasna Industrial Area Greater Noida G.b. Nagar U.P.

Firm: Established Chartered Accountancy Firm (25+ years of excellence)

Role Overview

The Manager – Accounts / Accounts Executive will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and lead a team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and other accounting tools.
• Supervise and guide the team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle GST, Income Tax, and ROC filings with precision and compliance.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Provide strategic inputs to management on financial planning and process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and compliance.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally and accounting principles.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
