Job Description

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately recording financial transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining organized digital and physical financial records.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, tracking payments, collecting debts, and managing purchase orders.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements to ensure balances match company records and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budget forecasts, and other financial documents.
  • Expense Management: Processing and tracking expense claims and reimbursement forms.
  • Payroll Assistance: Supporting payroll processing by verifying employee hours and benefits deductions.
  • Audit Support: Assisting with quarterly and annual audits and preparing documents for audits.
  • Administrative Support: Performing general office tasks, such as filing, answering queries, and liaising with clients and suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
