Job Description

Accounts Assistant

Oniro is a commercial vehicle dealership based in Trivandrum looking for an Accountant Assistant to our team record financial transactions,

Responsibilities include

Manage & enter transactions
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
Oversee timely raising of the vendor invoices (receivables), collection and revenue reconciliation reports
Conduct credit checks on all vendors, establish and manage limits
Prepare monthly financial statements for controlling of debtors & expenses, prepare debtors ageing & follow-up for payments
Prepare reports and analyses trends in cash collection, and direct bill revenue
Oversee daily fund management
Vouching for the accounting entries, review the transactions to ensure that proper evidences are kept on records.
Ensure Inter Company / Units reconciliation on monthly basis
Support in Statutory Compliance of GST, Income Tax and support the HR Tam for ensuring labor laws compliances

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹21,009.00 per month
