Data Management & Reporting
· Conduct analysis of TDS data and ensure accuracy of deductions and reporting.
· Prepare and file TDS returns within prescribed timelines.
· Handle GST return filings, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
· Maintain working knowledge of e-invoicing processes and compliance requirements.
· Manage e-way bill generation and verification activities.
· Provide audit support related to statutory and tax compliance matters.
· Perform GST reconciliations, including GSTR 2B vs books, input–output reconciliation, and sales–purchase reconciliation.
· Coordinate and follow up with customers and suppliers regarding statutory or compliance-related matters.
· Update and ensure timely completion of statutory compliance dashboards.
· Liaise with tax authorities on compliance, queries, and documentation.
Record and post accounting entries related to statutory obligations and tax matters.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or any other relevant commerce-related fields.
· 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills (Mandatory)
· Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate level.
· Able to interpret data and present clear conclusions
· Problem-Solving ability
· Good reporting, summarisation and documentation skills
