· Petty Cash Management
· Monthly and Yearly Payments - Ensure timely payment of property tax, electricity bills, monthly rent, society maintenance, BSNL, Airtel Postpaid, vehicle insurance, stock insurance, employee medical and accidental policies, LIC, PPF, etc.
· Stock Management: Maintain records of the stock book in both Excel and Tally .
· Payment Follow-up: Regularly follow up on payments from vendors, maintain proper records of invoices, division-wise ledger statements, updated outstanding lists, and purchase order tracking.
· Assistance to Senior Accountant: Assist in bank-related tasks, including follow-ups, cash withdrawal, and deposits
