Key Responsibilities: Billing and Invoicing: Preparing and processing invoices, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate billing procedures. Payment Processing: Receiving, sorting, and posting payments, managing account balances, and identifying inconsistencies. Data Management: Updating data systems, maintaining inventory records, and preparing reports. Logistics Support: Assisting with warehouse and shipping tasks, including order fulfillment, receiving materials, and ensuring accurate documentation.
