Esenpro Power Transmission Pvt. Ltd. | Andheri East, Mumbai | Full-time

Esenpro designs and manufactures custom gearboxes for industrial customers. We’re looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to run our accounting function end to end and report directly to the directors.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full accounting cycle in Tally: AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings on time
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inventory reconciliations
• Maintain inventory and fixed asset accounting
• Prepare monthly MIS, cash-flow statements, and receivables/payables reports for the directors
• Track receivables and follow up on collections with the sales team
• Support banking work, including stock statements, limit renewals, and bank documentation
• Prepare schedules and coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits
• Lead and review the work of junior accountants

What we’re looking for

• B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter or ICWA Inter is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Strong hands-on expertise in Tally (TallyPrime preferred)
• Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Good Excel skills for MIS and reporting
• Able to work independently and present numbers clearly to management

Reports to: Directors
CTC: ₹65,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, based on experience
