As an IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing various key areas to ensure the seamless operation and security of our IT systems. Your role will involve assessing, designing, and optimizing our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in cybersecurity and risk management by conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, and monitoring emerging threats. In terms of software and system performance optimization, you will evaluate existing software used in tax, compliance, and bookkeeping processes, recommend system upgrades, and collaborate with business teams to align software with service delivery goals. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing data analytics systems to enhance decision-making processes, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights through advanced data analytics to improve business outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include researching and recommending innovative technologies to enhance the firm's competitive edge, aligning IT strategies with business objectives, and providing strategic IT input to support global operations and client service delivery. Additionally, you will create detailed documentation for IT processes, conduct training sessions for employees on new technologies and cybersecurity best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting or similar roles. You should possess strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies, hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards, proficiency in software performance optimization and data analytics tools, and familiarity with IT systems used in global tax, compliance, and accounting industries. Soft skills such as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively are essential for this role. Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ITIL Certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and any relevant certifications in data analytics or cloud technologies. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
