Job Title: Frontend Developer (0-1 year) About the Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern web technologies and a keen eye for detail, usability, and performance. You will be responsible for building intuitive, responsive, and scalable user interfaces while collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product teams. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Build dynamic web applications using React.js or Next.js . Implement modern, clean UI designs using Tailwind CSS and reusable component architectures. Integrate RESTful and third-party APIs to deliver seamless frontend functionality. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and browser compatibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and ship new features. Maintain code quality through proper version control using Git . Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing codebases and user experiences. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) . Strong experience with React.js and/or Next.js . Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for efficient styling. Solid understanding of API integration and asynchronous data handling. Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have (Optional) Experience with UI libraries (e.g., Material UI). Knowledge of CRM Applications. Understanding of SEO best practices, especially for Next.js.
