We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our Architecture & Interior Design Firm. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, financial record management, billing, taxation, and payment tracking.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling project-related accounts, managing client payments, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and accounting records.
• Prepare and manage client invoices, quotations, bills, and payment receipts.
• Track project-wise expenses, budgets, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain records of client advances, pending payments, and vendor payments.
• Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and expense statements.
• Manage GST filings, TDS, and other taxation-related documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal project teams regarding financial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in an architecture, construction, or interior design firm will be an added advantage.

• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Good at maintaining financial records and following up on payments.
• Capable of handling accounts for multiple ongoing projects.
