Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and transactions.
Prepare and monitor the school’s budget, ensuring financial stability.
Manage fee collection, student billing, and payment records.
Reconcile bank statements and school accounts.
Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies.
Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and other school expenses.
Assist in financial planning and forecasting for school operations.
Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and financial institutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in an educational institution).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
Strong understanding of school fee structures and budgeting.
