Accountant (US Client)

As a Financial Analyst at our company in Ahmedabad, your role will involve: - Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting transactions, financial statements, journal entries, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards. You will also handle some of the organization's more complex entities. - Prepare, record, and maintain financial schedules, reports, and filings as required by laws, regulations, or management directives for regulatory compliance. - Reconcile bank statements to cashbooks and general ledger accounts, promptly addressing any discrepancies found. - Handle taxation matters efficiently and effectively. Candidate Requirements: - Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling U.S. accounting, with a proven track record of managing international or offshore clients. - Skills: Proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), strong financial and accounts knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact fluently and confidently with U.S.-based clients. - Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and propose innovative ideas to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
