Job Description

As an Accountant at Tertius Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. in Tirur, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing daily accounting operations. You must possess expertise in Zoho Books, Tally ERP, GST compliance, and internal auditing to excel in this position. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, filing GST returns, ensuring tax compliance, conducting internal audits, generating financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts. Your insights into cost control and process optimization will be valuable for the management. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting and have strong proficiency in Zoho Books. A sound understanding of GST laws, taxation procedures, audit processes, and documentation is essential. Good analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, are also key requirements. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, as well as knowledge of income tax, TDS, and ROC compliance, would be advantageous.
