Job Description

We are looking for a smart, experienced Accountant who can also manage front desk duties with confidence and professionalism. Candidates familiar with Zoho Books or Zoho One will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting using Zoho (preferred) Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, GST filing, and bank reconciliation Attend calls, greet visitors, and coordinate with clients Assist in basic office administration and internal coordination Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting Knowledge of Zoho is preferred (other software experience also acceptable) Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Presentable, organized, and capable of multitasking Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹8,500.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
