Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to support our accounting operations and handle audit coordination, Zakat and VAT filings, and financial supervision related to our business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, familiarity with Saudi tax regulations, and fluency in English.

2 to 4 years of accounting experience (experience with Saudi clients preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Zakat, VAT, and Saudi tax regulations.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Prior experience coordinating with auditors or working for clients in the Middle East.
Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage accurate financial records and statements.
Support external and internal audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
Prepare and file Zakat and VAT returns as per Saudi regulations.
Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
