About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Generate and manage customer invoices 2. Ensure accurate and timely billing across all sales channels 3. Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies 4. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions 5. Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance 6. Update and manage vendor and customer account files 7. Track inventory levels and reconcile stock across online and offline stores 8. Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock data 9. Assist in stock audits and report discrepancies 10. Oversee end-to-end order processing from order receipt to delivery 11. Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure timely dispatch 12.
