About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in the finalization of accounts. 2. Prepare monthly stock reports. 3. Maintain cost records in compliance with cost audit requirements. 4. Perform reconciliation of vendor, customer, and ledger accounts related to financial statements. 5. Prepare various financial reports, including: Stock ageing reports and accounts receivable and payable reports. 6. Prepare MIS reports and conduct profitability analysis (P&L statements). 7. Ensure monthly and yearly closure of books of accounts. 8. Handle tax-related matters, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings. 9. Conduct ledger scrutiny. 10. Generate periodic expense reports for budgeting purposes. Requirements: 1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. 2. Experience in using accounting software and tools. 3. Proficiency in reconciliation and report preparation. 4. Attention to detail. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. 6. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. 7. Good communication and coordination skills. 8. Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a CA firm. Additional information: 1. Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM 2. CTC: 20,000 - 25,000 per month 3. Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (preferably in a CA firm) 4.
