About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (Ledger, Journal, Vouchers, etc.) 2. Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies 3. Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure 4. compliance 5. Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns in a timely manner 6. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor payments and customer invoicing 7. Support in preparing MIS reports and financial statements 8. Assist in audits (internal and statutory) and coordinate with auditors 9. Monitor and record inventory accounting and costing entries related to manufacturing 10. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records 11.
