Accountant (JEWELLERY)

As a financial transaction documenter, your role involves accurately recording various types of financial transactions by entering account information data. You will be responsible for analyzing accounting options and recommending appropriate financial actions. Your duties will also include summarizing the financial status of the company by gathering information and preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and account statements. Key Responsibilities: - Document financial transactions by entering account information data - Analyze accounting options and recommend financial actions - Summarize financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports - Ensure accounting controls by suggesting procedures and policies - Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions - Secure sensitive financial information by completing database backups - Answer accounting-related questions by interpreting and researching accounting regulations and policies - Study new and existing legislation to ensure compliance with legal requirements - Advise management on relevant actions to adhere to legal financial requirements - Maintain customer confidence through accurate financial documentation Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in financial documentation and accounting procedures - Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and policies - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to analyze financial information and provide recommendations - Strong communication skills to coordinate activities and answer questions - Familiarity with database management and backup procedures - Knowledge of legal financial requirements and compliance measures Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as leave encashment, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
