Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
Prepare customer invoices and follow up on receivables.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in payroll processing and salary accounting.
Verify site-wise expenses and maintain cost records for facility operations.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
Monitor budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Facility Management industry.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and payroll accounting.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
