Role Overview: As an Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. You will support in bank reconciliation, ledger posting, and assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports. Your role will involve maintaining proper documentation of financial transactions, coordinating with internal departments for expense tracking, supporting senior accountants and auditors during audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data. - Support in bank reconciliation and ledger posting. - Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports. - Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions. - Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking. - Support senior accountants and auditors during audits. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Qualification Required: - B. Com Graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience. - Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles. - Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and MS Excel. - Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with financial reporting formats. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
