Need an experienced candidate for maintaining accounts and administrative/managerial tasks of a CA office situated at Patiala, Punjab. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following tasks:
-Maintaining client database and record of work done.
-Keeping up to date accounts of the firm.
-Follow up and reminders regarding payments.
-Maintaining our automated invoicing system.
-Files and Document Management.
-Handling social media and client relations.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of tally as well as excel and other computing operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
