Accountant Compliance & Financial Operations

As an experienced Finance professional with 1 to 3 years of experience and a B.Com / M.Com (Finance) or equivalent qualification, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Maintain accurate ledgers, transaction records, and financial statements including balance sheets and profit & loss reports. - Generate client/vendor invoices and manage billing cycles efficiently. - Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and ITR returns to meet compliance requirements. - Handle MCA compliance tasks, including ROC documentation and filings. - Operate accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, and Ledger with precision. - Support internal reviews and ensure financial hygiene across departments. In addition to your core responsibilities, you should possess the following skills and traits: - Strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, ITR, and MCA. - Proficiency in accounting software and Excel for efficient financial management. - Attention to detail, time management skills, and a disciplined approach to documentation. - Comfortable working in a lean team environment with evolving responsibilities. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the growth of a startup.
