Position Summary: In this role, you will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence for Akshayakalpa Organics Hyper-Local Aggregators and Quick Commerce channels. You will manage business partnerships with leading e-commerce and q-commerce platforms, optimize processes for scale, and integrate digital and operational strategies to strengthen Akshayakalpas market presence. Think of this role as a mix of what you would do as a Business Development Leader, Category Manager, Operations Manager, and Partner Success Manager. Who Should Apply We are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused professionals with deep expertise in e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystems. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for candidates passionate about building scalable business models, driving customer engagement, and strengthening sustainable supply chains. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Quick Commerce or E-Commerce roles, ideally with exposure to fresh categories (food, dairy, FMCG). Strong team leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Proven expertise in inventory planning, last-mile logistics, and account negotiations. Working knowledge of digital marketing levers within aggregator platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ownership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen ties with aggregator partners such as Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Bigbasket BB Now, and others WareIQClickPost. Drive demand, enhance visibility, and improve SLAs. Inventory & Logistics Oversight: Monitor stock levels, ensure on-time delivery, and manage cost-effective logistics in hyper-local contexts. Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams and aggregators to design campaigns that boost app visibility, consumer engagement, and category growth. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Track, analyze, and act on sales trends, customer behavior, and operational performance metrics to continuously improve results.
