Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • MIS Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide

actionable insights to management.

  • Create and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track key financial and

operational metrics.

  • Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions based on

report findings.

  • Develop and improve financial reporting systems for better accuracy and

efficiency.

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Tally.
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledger entries, and other financial documents.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory regulations.

Data Management in Excel:

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Create and update financial models, pivot tables, and charts for

performance analysis.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple reporting systems.
  • Financial Statement Preparation:

  • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash

flow statements.

  • Help with the preparation of tax filings and other statutory returns.
  • Audit Support:

  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and

documentation.

  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth and timely audit processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting and MIS reporting, preferably in the

education or related sector.

  • Proficiency in Tally for accounting and financial management.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel skills such as

VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).

  • Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting tools.

Good understanding of financial principles, accounting processes, and

regulatory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 11,208.58 - 29,252.91 per month
