Account Manager

As an Account Manager at SRV Media, you will be actively involved in media buying and planning, contributing directly to the execution and success of client campaigns. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day affairs of ongoing campaigns, tracking performance reports, overseeing project delivery and activities, coordinating across departments, maintaining client relationships, and exploring opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Requirements

Experience :

? 5+ years of experience in account management . Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Skills :

? Proficiency in basic SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and familiarity with analytics tools.

? Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt with effective conflict resolution and decision-making skills.

? Good skills in building and maintaining client relationships, managing expectations, and striving to retain clients.
