Role Overview: As an Account Manager- Mid Market at SHL, your main responsibility will be to retain and profitably grow firm volume, sales, and profitability through the acquisition of new customers and proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships. You will be expected to lead all aspects of the sales process, develop customer account plans, and proactively manage customer satisfaction and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Retain and profitably grow firm volume, sales, and profitability through acquisition of new and proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships. - Penetrate assigned accounts by selling new or additional products/services, finding additional buyers within existing customer locations, and selling additional customer locations. - Sell the firm's complete offering of products and services. - Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process. - Proactively manage customer satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction.
