Job Description

As an Operations Manager at our company, your role will involve leading, streamlining, and optimizing operational processes across various business units. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles using tools such as ClickUp, Excel, templated frameworks, and analytics dashboards like Looker. Your core responsibilities will include ensuring seamless execution, quality assurance, timely delivery, resource optimization, and continuous process improvement throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Job Planning & Workflow Management: - Evaluate resource capability, availability, and timelines for assigned projects. - Regularly audit project progress in ClickUp or dashboards to track adherence to timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks. - Identify projects at risk and take swift corrective actions. - Resource Utilization & Efficiency Management: - Track, measure, and report resource utilization clearly across projects using dashboards and reporting templates. - Analyze resource efficiency, productivity levels, and recommend corrective measures to maintain optimal TATs and quality. - Process Monitoring: - Oversee intake of client briefs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business objectives. - Audit briefs regularly to standardize inputs across teams. - Implement processes for quality checks and minimize rework. - Continuous Process Improvement & Reporting: - Regularly audit operational workflows, document bottlenecks, and drive actionable solutions. - Generate clear, insightful reporting and dashboards (Looker/Excel) to enable data-driven operational decisions. - Collaborate closely with business unit leads, project teams, and leadership to ensure operational alignment. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6-8 years of proven operational or project management experience in a B2B marketing or consulting agency. - Expertise in workflow management and analytics platforms (ClickUp, Excel, Looker dashboards). - Demonstrated success in streamlining operational processes, enhancing quality standards, and optimizing resource allocation. - Exceptional analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and proactive stakeholder management capability.,
