Location: Ranchi Jharkhand(Opening for this Location) Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent) Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a keen eye for accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Assist in financial audits and coordinate with auditors. Generate financial reports and provide insights for decision-making. Monitor budgets and expenses to improve cost efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong numerical ability. Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
