Account Executive ( Real Estate Experience )

• Minimum 3 years of experience In Real estate
• Handle accounts, including bank reconciliation and month-end closing
• Prepare reports, including monthly management reports and cash flow reports
• Assist with audits and tax preparation
• Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and bankers
• Maintain documentation and filing systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Protect client and company confidentiality
• Build relationships with clients and manage existing relationships
• Identify gaps and growth potential
• Explore untapped opportunities
