Job Title: Account Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Description:
Otoo Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling company accounts, maintaining records, and assisting with financial compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain all financial transactions in Tally.
Prepare and manage bills, invoices, and settlements.
Maintain payment records and ensure timely reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns.
Manage credit notes and track financial adjustments.
Support the finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Commerce or Accounting).
Proficiency in Tally and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Minimum 1-year commitment to the role (mandatory).
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
