We are in look-out for prospective job aspirants with relevant experience and skill sets for our medical institute located in Bengaluru Rural, details of which are bulleted below for your ready and further consideration:

Job Role : Account Assistant

Job Location : Bengaluru Rural (Hoskote)

Qualification : B.com, M.com

Office Timings : Monday to Saturday between 8:30 AM (IST) to 4:30 PM (IST)

Compensation : Best in the Industry .

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing of bills and claims of vendors of outsourced services.
  • To ensure that the hospital policies are followed in payment of various bills and payment of third party/vendors is not unnecessarily delayed.
  • To ensure that all the pending bills are followed and payment is being received on time that is to manage accounts receivables and payables
  • To check day to day all Bank balance and update on excel and tally.
  • To reconcile bank statements. To check for errors and omissions and fix them.
  • To update day to day collection summary report.
  • To Maintain company cheque books, challans, loan statement etc.
  • To maintain books of accounts (purchase Bills ,Vouchers and other documents)
  • To enter Purchase bills and all vouchers on tally.
  • Will be responsible for processing mobile, Telephone and EB Bills and other monthly dues.
  • To check day to day Collection of NEFT, UPI, Card with hospital software and update in tally.
  • To maintain “Fixed Asset Register” and update it as and when new purchases are done
  • To update all bank entries (Cash & Bank) in Individual partner accounts in tally.
  • To coordinate with the bank staffs for bank related work if any.
  • To Coordinate with other department if any clarification in accounts
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, Tally
