Role Overview: As a Sales Agent at Accent International, you will be responsible for representing the agriculture and farming product portfolio in international markets. Your main focus will be on developing new customer networks, building distributor relationships, and driving export sales growth. It is crucial to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with export standards to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in targeted international regions. - Promote and sell agricultural & farming products such as irrigation supplies, fertilizer products, agro pipes, machinery, tools, and accessories. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers, and dealers. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing structures, and competitor activity. - Prepare export quotations, negotiation proposals, and finalize sales contracts. - Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and production teams to ensure timely shipments. - Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to generate leads. - Provide post-sale support, product training, and follow-up for customer satisfaction. - Track sales performance and submit monthly sales and market development reports. - Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and quality standards. - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets set by management. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in international sales/export operations, preferably in agriculture, irrigation, or farming products. - Strong understanding of overseas market dynamics and buyer behavior. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to generate leads independently and work on target-based output. - Proficiency in MS Office.
