ACC BIM Expert

As a BIM Expert at CCTech, you will be a crucial member of the Digital Transformation team, responsible for implementing and overseeing the successful delivery of BIM-enabled projects using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Your responsibilities will include leading and managing BIM implementation across multiple AEC projects, configuring and maintaining ACC tools (Docs, Build, Collaborate, Takeoff, Insight), developing and enforcing BIM execution plans and model coordination processes, collaborating with project teams to define requirements and milestones for ACC workflows, conducting training and technical support sessions, automating repetitive tasks using ACC APIs, generating reports and dashboards for project progress tracking, and troubleshooting BIM/ACC-related technical challenges. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in BIM management using ACC, possess practical hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, be proficient in tools like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and be familiar with ACC features such as RFIs, Issues, Submittals, Forms, and Insights. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills are essential. Nice to have qualifications include experience in custom workflows using ACC APIs, familiarity with Power BI integration for ACC data reporting, knowledge of other CDE platforms like BIM 360, and Autodesk BIM certifications.
