Role & responsibilities Greet and counsel students who walk in or enquire about courses. Understand their career goals and guide them to the appropriate program. Explain course curriculum, training methodology, duration, fees, and placement process. Clearly communicate the placement opportunities and career pathways for each course. Follow up with prospective students and maintain enquiry-to-admission conversion. Build a positive rapport with students and ensure a smooth admission experience. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-up activities. Coordinate with training and placement teams for updated course and placement information. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in speaking with students and parents. Good presentation and persuasion abilities. Basic knowledge of career paths in IT/technology (training will be provided). Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
