Role Description This is a full-time role for an Admissions Officer, based on-site in Palakkad. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from handling inquiries to guiding applicants through the application process. Daily tasks include interacting with prospective students and their families, providing information about courses and the institution, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process. The role also involves collaboration with other departments to support recruitment initiatives and enhance the student experience. Qualifications Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Experience in taking Admissions and Customer Service Knowledge of the Education sector Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Previous experience in an admissions or similar role is compulsory
