Job Title: Academic Trainer / Faculty - AI, ML, Data Science & IoT or any other languages

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Languages Required: Fluency in Tamil and English or any other language (both mandatory)

Role Objective:
Empower school teachers from diverse backgrounds to confidently teach AI, ML, Data Science, and IoT by simplifying complex concepts into relatable, engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and upskill teachers with no prior tech background.
• Break down complex topics using analogies, visuals, and hands-on methods.
• Demonstrate tools like Python, sensors, spreadsheets, and cloud apps.
• Boost teacher confidence via demos, role-plays, and simulations.
• Offer post-training support and adapt content to local curricula.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong clarity in explaining technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Experience training non-technical educators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in STEM/Education.
• 3+ years in teaching/training/EdTech.
• Exposure to multiple boards (CBSE, ICSE, etc.) preferred.

Bonus:

• Hands-on with AI tools (Teachable Machine, Scratch AI, Colab).
• Skills in Python, IoT (Arduino/Raspberry Pi), and storytelling in STEM.

Pay: From ₹50,935.24 per month
