Job Description

GALTech School of Technology is a leading IT finishing school offering job-ready training programs such as Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI, Digital Marketing, and more. With practical training, live projects, and placement support, we help students build successful tech careers.

Responsibilities

Contacting potential students and explaining course details clearly.
Conducting academic counselling sessions via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Understanding student goals and recommending the right training program.
Following up with leads to improve conversion rates and close admissions.
Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
Coordinating with marketing and training teams to ensure smooth admissions.

Skills Required

Strong communication and counselling abilities.
Good sales and persuasion skills with a student-friendly approach.
Ability to understand academic needs and offer the right solutions.
Confident in handling objections and closing admissions.
Knowledge of EdTech or training industry is a plus.

Nature of Work

Combination of sales and academic counselling.
Target-driven role with a focus on quality student enrollments.
Regular interaction with leads through calls, messages, and meetings.

Qualifications

Education: Any bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in academic counselling, EdTech, or sales roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Attributes: Confident, goal-oriented, and proactive.
