WE ARE HIRING – Academic Operations Coordinator
Location: Thrissur – Irinjalakuda
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000
Preferred Candidate: Female
We are looking for a professional and responsible female Class Coordinator to manage both
online and offline academic activities. The candidate must handle complete coordination
between faculty and students, including class timings, schedules, topics, and all related
details, ensuring smooth and efficient academic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate online and offline classes
● Manage communication between faculty and students
● Handle daily class timings, schedules, and academic updates
● Share topics, instructions, and session details accurately
● Ensure smooth execution of online and offline sessions
● Maintain attendance and class-related records
● Assist students with class-related queries
● Ensure timely information flow and proper arrangements
Requirements:
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Basic knowledge of online platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet
● Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
● Ability to manage multiple class schedules efficiently
● Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, Spread Sheet, Forms etc.
● Ability to manage Social media platforms.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
