Job Summary:

As an Academic Mentor – Mathematics, you will play a key role in helping students develop a strong foundation in math through one-on-one or small group sessions. You will provide academic support, mentorship, and motivation tailored to each student's unique learning style and pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized tutoring sessions in Mathematics for students from KG-12th Grade
• Assess student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and study plans.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
• Encourage a positive learning environment that builds confidence and academic interest.
• Maintain regular communication with academic coordinators regarding student performance and progress.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes and teaching methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience in tutoring or mentoring students in math (preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
