As an Academic In-Charge, your primary responsibility will be to plan and oversee the academic curriculum for students from Pre-Primary to Class V. You will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring primary teachers to ensure effective lesson planning and pedagogy. Monitoring student performance and learning outcomes will also be an essential part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree along with a B.Ed qualification.
